We’re excited to spotlight Stefanie Aulgur, the latest addition to our Customer Success team. Stefanie’s experience in school nutrition and her unique knack for learning and using menu planning software equip her to be an ideal Success Coach who will work with our customers–and get them rocking the software in no time.
Stefanie started her career as a Registered Dietitian in 2011 in the world of WIC, providing counseling for families and children. She transitioned into a Nutrition Coordinator role for a school district and found that she loved the position, especially as she dove into the menu planning software. As the go-to person for all things related to menu planning software in the district, she picked it up quickly and developed a deep understanding of the nuances of the software.
Having implemented several different menu planning softwares throughout her career, Stefanie started looking at the possibility of working for a menu planning software company, hoping to find a place where she could utilize her unique skillset to help others. That’s when Stefanie found Health-e Pro.
Empowering Users with Empathy and Expertise
As our new Customer Success Coach, Stefanie is pivotal in ensuring that our customers understand how to fully use our software. She is also an empathetic ally to our users. As a former nutrition coordinator in a district, she has firsthand experience with the frustrations and challenges faced by K12 foodservice professionals.
Her insights into the practical applications of our software allow her to provide specific advice and solutions tailored to our customers. Whether it’s navigating the intricacies of menu planning, making full use of our global recipes database–her favorite part of the software –or ensuring compliance with nutritional standards, Stefanie’s able to guide our customers. After all, with her background, she’s been in their shoes.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Stefanie is a mother to two young girls–ages 1 and 3–an avid reader, an outdoor enthusiast, and lives just outside Kansas City, Kansas. All of us here at Health-e Pro love Stefanie, and we are thrilled to have another Success Coach who has nutritional expertise combined with a passion for menu planning software. With her customer-driven approach, we know Stefanie will make a lasting impact on the professionals we serve here at Health-e Pro.
